Ambitious Realty

After my 8-weeks of digital media training with 360[4]Youth, I began a 12-week placement with a local Realtor Brokerage in Hamilton called Ambitious Realty Advisors Inc. During my time at Ambitious Realty, I handled a multitude of projects, planning for events as well as their social media channels.

6th Annual Community Happy Hour in Support of Wellwood

Wellwood is a non-profit Hamilton cancer support centre offering support to those who have received a diagnosis of cancer, their loves ones and their caregivers. This event was a happy hour + silent auction that featured a cash bar, with all proceeds going directly to Wellwood to support their programming. Over the course of a month and a half, some of the tasks I carried out were:

  • Pick up donations for the silent auction + post on our social media channels

  • Compile a list of businesses that have donated in the past as well as a list of all of the donors for this years auction

  • Create bid sheets for all auction items

  • Design various graphics for social media

  • Design vouchers for non-physical silent auction items such as free social media services, a spiritual 1 on 1, a bookclub appearance and a 1 weeks stay in a Playa Del Carmen Condo. 

  • Reach out to businesses for donation items

  • Clean/decorate the venue

  • Create signage for COVID contact tracing, menus, price lists, thank you signs, event info, etc.

Ambitious Realty raised $7000+ for Wellwood Centre.

Listings

As new listings come in, realtors reached out to me to create brochures for them to hand out at viewings, or send to potential clients. The brochures contain complete information on the property that was being sold.

Realtor Assets

I created various realtor assets such as signs (general office, for sale signs, promotion signs), business cards, invitations, holiday cards, etc.

Social Media

I began to design posts for Ambitious Realty's Instagram account (@ambitiousrealty). Posts vary by event invitations, info posts, listings, photos of the city, etc.
