Design and manage Ambitious Realty’s social media channels while assisting a team of 20+ realtors with their social media. Create a variety of graphics such as brochures, hand outs, signs, posts, etc. Plan monthly happy hours, notably the Annual Wellwood Happy Hour in 2021 -- helping raise $7000+ for their support programs by helping obtain donations, creating bid sheets, setting up and taking down the event.

An 8-week online training program in soft, hard & employability skills with a focus on photography, photoshop, illustrator, canva, mailchimp, microsoft office, g-suite, videography, video editing and social media marketing. Complete projects such as product photography, creating a short animation displaying a type of communication, or designing a logo based on their own soft skills. Lead a 1.5 week complete rebrand of a local Hamilton Company as the team’s Creative Director.

Work with the Board of Directors and the Marketing Team to co-ordinate makeup designs for each photoshoot (8) and model (~ 110). Assess each model's skin type/needs and recommend products of various price points. Ensure each model was comfortable at the photoshoots, lead makeup and assist when needed. Pair each model with a makeup artist based on personalities, likes, and experience. Prepare the makeup team for show day, while ensuring each make up artist is fully knowledgable about sanitation practices, makeup application and timeliness. Maintain energy during show day application by providing snacks, water and music.
